1 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jilibtd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the jilibtd website, mobile interface, gaming services, sports betting facilities, and all related features and promotional programmes. By accessing jilibtd or registering an account, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full.

These Terms apply to all visitors and registered members of jilibtd, including those who access the platform via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other device or interface. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of jilibtd immediately.

jilibtd operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform designed specifically for the Bangladesh market. 2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

3 Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of services on jilibtd, including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits and withdrawals, you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information as requested. You are required to maintain the accuracy of this information throughout the life of your account.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all funds and bonuses held within them. jilibtd operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. We may request identity documents — including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, driving licence, or utility bill — to verify your identity, age, and payment details at any time, including but not limited to:

• Prior to processing your first withdrawal request
• When your total lifetime withdrawals exceed a threshold determined by our compliance team
• When our fraud detection systems flag unusual account activity
• At any other time deemed necessary for regulatory or security purposes

Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within the timeframe specified by our compliance team may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or, in cases of confirmed fraud, the permanent closure of your account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. We recommend using a strong, unique password that is not used on any other website or service. jilibtd will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

jilibtd supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods specifically tailored to players in Bangladesh. Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Deposits are typically credited to your jilibtd account within seconds of confirmation from your payment provider. jilibtd is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's systems, network outages, or bank processing times. If a deposit has not been credited within 30 minutes, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number.

• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 10–30 minutes, 24 hours a day including weekends and public holidays.
• Withdrawal Verification: Your first withdrawal requires successful completion of our KYC verification process. Please ensure your account is fully verified to avoid delays.
• Payment Method Consistency: Withdrawals must generally be processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability and compliance requirements.
• Pending Withdrawals: You may cancel a pending withdrawal request before it is processed by contacting support. Once a withdrawal has been processed, it cannot be reversed.

Any bonus funds credited to your account must meet the applicable wagering requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are met will result in the forfeiture of the bonus amount and any associated winnings derived from that bonus.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

jilibtd offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Each bonus or promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions which will be published at the time the offer is made available.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotions on jilibtd unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, a wagering requirement of 30x applies to bonus amounts.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate. Specific contribution rates are detailed in individual promotion terms.
• Time Limits: Bonuses and free spins must be used within the validity period stated in the specific promotion terms. Expired bonuses and associated winnings will be removed from your account automatically.
• Maximum Bet Rule: While bonus funds are active, the maximum bet per round or per bet is ৳500 (or the equivalent in the applicable game denomination) unless otherwise stated. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active at any time. You may not combine multiple bonus offers unless the specific promotion explicitly permits it.
• Abuse Prevention: jilibtd reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, cancel bonus funds, and void associated winnings if we have reasonable grounds to believe that a player or a group of players is abusing the promotion system, including but not limited to bonus hunting, matched betting, or using strategies designed to exploit bonus mechanics rather than to play for genuine entertainment.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on jilibtd are subject to the rules of the specific game or betting market, as well as the general rules set out below. By placing a bet or initiating a game, you agree to be bound by the applicable rules.

Sports Betting: Bets placed on cricket (including Bangladesh Tigers matches, BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments), football, and other sports are subject to the specific market rules displayed at the time of betting. All bets are final once confirmed. jilibtd reserves the right to void bets in the event of a manifest error in the odds, technical malfunction, suspicious betting patterns, or where the integrity of the event is in question.

Live Betting: In-play betting markets are subject to delay and may be suspended at any time without notice. jilibtd accepts no responsibility for bets not placed due to technical issues during live betting. Live odds are subject to rapid movement and the odds displayed at the time of your bet submission may differ from those at the time of confirmation.

Casino Games: All casino games on jilibtd use certified RNG technology or, in the case of live dealer games, operate under the rules of the respective game studio (including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi). The house edge for each game is determined by the game rules and is not manipulated by jilibtd. Historical game results do not influence future outcomes.

• Malfunction of a game voids all plays and pays for the affected round. jilibtd will not be liable for losses arising from game malfunctions beyond the refund of the affected stake.
• Players are responsible for ensuring their internet connection is stable before initiating a game session. Disconnection during a game round does not automatically void the bet; the game will be resolved according to its outcome.
• Maximum win limits may apply to individual games or game sessions. Applicable limits are displayed within the game interface or in the game's help section.
• jilibtd reserves the right to limit the stakes available to any individual player without giving a reason.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jilibtd. Engaging in any of the prohibited activities listed below may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, the forfeiture of all funds and bonuses, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

• Fraud & Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or at any other time; impersonating another person; or using a false identity to create or access an account.
• Money Laundering: Using jilibtd to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities. jilibtd maintains active anti-money laundering (AML) compliance procedures and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one account per person, household, device, or IP address in order to claim bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus offers, including but not limited to bonus hunting, matched betting using bonuses, or coordinated abuse by groups of players acting in collusion.
• Collusion & Cheating: Colluding with other players or with third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including the use of bots, automated betting scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or play games.
• Unauthorised System Access: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to jilibtd's systems, databases, or networks; deploying malware, viruses, or other harmful code; or engaging in any action that disrupts or degrades the platform's performance.
• Abusive Behaviour: Engaging in threatening, abusive, harassing, or discriminatory behaviour toward jilibtd staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Intellectual Property Violation: Copying, reproducing, or distributing any content from jilibtd — including game content, odds data, promotional materials, or software — without prior written authorisation.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Either you or jilibtd may close a player account. The circumstances and procedures for each scenario are set out below.

Closure by the Player: You may request the closure of your jilibtd account at any time by contacting our support team at support@jilibtd. Before submitting a closure request, please ensure that all pending bets have been settled and that any available balance has been withdrawn to your registered payment method. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Suspension by jilibtd: We reserve the right to suspend your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• We have reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms & Conditions
• We are required to do so for regulatory, compliance, or legal reasons
• Your account has been flagged by our fraud detection or AML monitoring systems
• You have not completed identity verification within the required timeframe
• Your account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy)

Closure by jilibtd: We reserve the right to permanently close your account, forfeit all bonus balances, and — where fraud or money laundering is confirmed — withhold all funds pending legal proceedings. In cases where account closure is due to a verified breach of these Terms, jilibtd will notify you of the decision and provide a summary of the reason for closure, subject to any overriding legal or regulatory constraints.

Upon closure of your account for any reason, any remaining real-money balance (i.e., your deposited funds net of withdrawals and settled wagers) will be returned to you via your last registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification and provided no fraud, money laundering, or terms violations have been identified. Bonus balances are not withdrawable upon account closure unless the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full prior to the closure request.
